Melanie, the Executive Director of GapQuest, will be leading participants on their Quest, and will serve as the on-site Resident Advisor and Program Director. She brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of education & entrepreneurship to GapQuest.

• Certified Teacher since 1996, Master of Education degree
• 13 years as a high school Career-Tech Business & Marketing Instructor and Cooperative Education Coordinator
• Advisor for DECA and BPA student organizations, with dozens of International qualifiers and winners
• Career Pathways Specialist, College Access Advisor, and Vocational Supervision positions
• College and Adult Education Instructor
• Trained Mediator through the Supreme Court of Ohio
• Certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid
• Owned and operated several small businesses
• Provided comprehensive Home Education for her own sons from birth through high school graduation
• Empty-nester mom to two financially independent young men ages 22 & 23

Hayley is the Founder & CEO of achi, LLC and will be providing behind-the-scenes support and community connection services for GapQuest. She brings 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting, healthcare finance, entrepreneurship, and mission-driven work.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA)
• President of the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio
• Early career in auditing for a large multi-national public accounting firm
• 20 Years in executive roles in healthcare finance and revenue cycle within a large health system
• Chief Mission Officer responsible for directing charitable giving and leveraging community resources
• Entrepreneur & Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise
• Board member and long-time volunteer for many local and national service organizations and ministries
• Mom to twin 19-year-old college students
